Condition Guide
As New / Never Worn
The product has never been used and tags may still be attached. There are no signs of wear (i.e. no stains, corners are not used, no scratches, shoes’ soles are new, and shoes have only been tried indoors). Very minor defects may only be as a result of storage, display or when the product was tried on.
Very Good Condition
The product is pre-loved and has only been used a few times. There may be a few signs of use, which are barely noticeable (minor stains, mini scratches, or little signs of wear).
Good Condition
The second-hand product has been used several times and has signs of wear and tear, as expected with its age. The product still looks good and is ready for its second life.
Fair Condition
The product has been extensively used and has visible defects such as large stains, severe discolouration, very used corners, broken straps or large scratches.
