I have forgotten my password, what are my options?

If you aren’t able to remember your password, you can request for your password to be reset and emailed to you.

Click on the “Lost your password?” link on the Login page. Enter your email address or username on the next page and click “Reset Password”. Your new password will be automatically emailed to you.

How do I unsubscribe from the Newsletter?

We will be sad to see you go, but you can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter email. If you aren’t able to find the link or email, please Contact Us and we can do this manually for you.

How do I update my personal data / account information?

You are able to maintain your personal data and account information via the My Account section of the website:

  • My Account -> Edit Account Info
  • My Account -> Edit Addresses
  • My Account -> Seller Dashboard -> Shop Settings
Are other Users able to see my personal data?

The other Users of the website will only see your first name (or username if you haven’t entered a first name). All your personal data such as family name, address, phone number are not disclosed to other User and are only used by our team to ship your orders and in case we need to contact you.

How do I close my account?

We would be sad to see you go, but you can contact us at any time and we will be able to close your account for you. Please note that you will lose all your orders and sales history.

QUALITY CONTROL

What is Quality Control?

We do our best to ensure that all our Users are completely satisfied with the products they order on our website. To enable this, each product on our website is subject to a Quality Control process before it reaches the wardrobe of its new owner.

Our Quality Control team undertake a number of verification checks to ensure the authenticity of the product, as well as validate that the product matches the Seller’s description on our website.

What does it mean when a Product has been declared non-compliant?

When a product has been declared non-compliant by our Quality Control team, it means that we have determined that the product does not conform to the Seller’s description.

For example, if the product was said to be in “Very good condition”, but in reality has marks or scratches it will be declared non-compliant. The Seller may be offered an option to apply a 10% discount or you can choose to cancel your order. If you choose to cancel your order, you will be refunded within 7 days.

Additionally, counterfeit products are always declared non-compliant; the order will be cancelled and refunded.
