Delivery of products
Modsie delivers all over the world.
Products that bear the ‘48h’ tags are located in our offices and have already been verified by our Quality Control team. These products will be shipped within 48h of receiving an order.
Products not bearing the ‘48h’ tags are bought from other Users on the website and are not located in our offices. These products will first be shipped to us by the Seller for our Quality Control team to verify its authenticity and compliance. The Seller has 15 days maximum to send us the product. Modsie ships products within 48h after its Quality Control has been deemed successful.
All packages within Australia are sent using regular Parcel Post with tracking included. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking number and a link to the Australia Post website to track the delivery of your parcel.
Packages being delivered internationally (outside Australia) are made via Standard delivery, which offers priority handling and basic tracking for most destinations.
NOTE: Packages delivered outside of Australia may be subject to additional taxes and customs fees that must be paid by the Buyer on receipt.
Delivery Costs & Time
Our delivery costs are based on the Australia Post shipping rates and they are dependent on the destination, weight, value and volume of products. Delivery costs include an additional nominal fee for the handling of orders (preparation, packaging etc.). Costs will be estimated and displayed on the Cart and Checkout packages before you complete your order.
Delivery times also depend on the Post Office service and the destination of the parcel (see details within Australia). Average delivery time for the package once it has left our offices is:
– Within Australia: Between 3-7 working days
– Outside Australia: Between 3-10 working days^
^ Standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control.
We want all our customers to be satisfied with the products they have ordered and do our best to ensure the authenticity and compliance of the products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if the delivery is not identical to your order (a product is missing or a wrong product), please feel free to Contact Us. Please include as many details as possible including your Order ID as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer the following two options.
For products sold by Modsie: If you have purchased a product that is sold by Modsie (as indicated in the Product detail page), if you are not completely satisfied by your product, you can return the unused product within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The Product returned must not have been worn and must still bear its Modsie Label.
For products sold by Users on Modsie: If you have purchased a product that is sold by another User on Modsie, your order cannot be cancelled or returned.
Returning a product
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the Order ID as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. You must pay for the shipping costs to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office. Please ensure that you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. Remember to provide us with a receipt of your shipping costs (if we have to reimburse them).
It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 7 days.
